A heavy duty verge mower

The ZF PRO is a real heavy duty verge mower; both the construction and the drive of the machine are suited to the harshest conditions. The rotor is driven by a 5-folt power belt with automatic tensioner and a very heavy 1000 revolutions gear box.

This side flail mower is equipped with all-round 0.9 kilogram (2lbs) flails as standard, but for an optimal protection against damage, the machine can also be equipped with 2.2 kilogram (4.9lbs) heavy flails. To combine a maximum impact strength with a splendid result, our Combi-flails are a great solution; they weigh 2.7 kilogram (6lbs) and have an exchangeable flail blade.

The standard deflection breakaway device with adjustable resistance offers excellent protection against damage by obstacles such as trees. ZF PRO mowers can also be equipped with a Hydro-Lift, the machine can be lifted 38 cm (15’’) with this cylinder, to mow shallow ditch sides with a wide machine.

All ZF PRO models are also available for front mount or as a left hand model.
